We take bookings from the beginning of April until mid September each year. We have to close over winter because wet land isn't suitable for visitors and our boys don't enjoy wet weather!
All our visits are scheduled for 11:30am, however if you can get in touch prior to or at the time of booking, we may be able to be flexible with your booking time.
Occasionally we may have to reschedule your visit; sometimes at short notice. Usually this is due to extreme weather or for health reasons. If this happens it will be a last resort. We will try to arrange an alternative time on the same day where possible to avoid rain / the hottest part of the day, but when we have no other option but to cancel, you will be offered first refusal on all remaining available slots. If none are suitable we will issue you with a voucher allowing you to book at your convenience. Alternatively we will offer you a refund, however please note - NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
